At Business Crib-Notes, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we regret any inconvenience caused and offer the following Refund Policy.

Refund Eligibility

We will process a refund for the cost of the product(s) purchased, provided the item is returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are limited to the product cost and do not include the original shipping cost.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at bcn-admin@proton.me. Provide your order details and the reason for the request in the body section of the email. We will provide instructions for returning the product. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and confirm it is a bona fide refund request, we will with apology process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
