We will, at our sole discretion, use appropriate and reasonable efforts to ship all products at market prices to meet your requested shipping time-frame. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as we rely on third-party postal and freight companies for shipping.
Third-Party Carriers
While we partner with reputable shipping providers, we cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by their performance or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays, or carrier errors).
Shipping Issues
If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us at bcn-admin@proton.me with Shipping Issue in the Subject line. We will work with you to seek satisfactory economic relief from the shipper, where applicable, but we are not liable for the ultimate resolution provided by third-party carriers.
However, in no case will any claim against Business Crib-Notes exceed the replacement cost of the shipped item plus the original cost of the shipping.
